* Tuscan marinated chicken salad with citrus mayonnaise

* Asian style rare roast beef served on mixed leaves with honey soy dressing

* Poached salmon, baby spinach and ricotta tart

* Pumpkin, coconut and coriander soup


Main Course

* Grilled porterhouse steak with a mustard, red wine jus rested on garlic mashed potato, sided with wild rocket and grilled tomato

* Pan roasted chicken breast stuffed with cream cheese and avocado, topped with rich jus, served with roasted potatoes and buttered seasonal greens

* Grilled fish fillet served on a mixed leaf salad topped with cherry tomato, olive and caper salsa
